These are a few more Valentine poems that Dad wrote! Hope You enjoy reading them!
Happy Valentine's Day!!
"February and Valentine"

February, drab and drear,
Come's this special time of year.
For lover's with bright eye's ashine,
Call each other Valentine.
Perhaps our Dear God, looking down,
Saw cold, cold February round.
And Loving us, then did combine,
Drab February, Bright Valentine.
For on this day, all hearts are bright,
and even February right.
For even when cold north winds whine,
We love this month of Valentine.

"Roses"

White and yellow roses,
Small buds, leaves of green.
Now isn't this a pretty gift,
To set before a Queen?
Roses Say I Love You,
So does this verse so gay.
For Love's the same when we are young,
As when we're old and gray.

"Red Rose"

Red, Red Rose, token of Love,
Sent to us from Our God above.
Made in His presence, made by His hand,
One jewel of Heaven, that simply is Grand.
